About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in the Caboolture region in Queensland. This is a casual position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. The role would suit a person who is looking for regular casual work.

What you'll be doing

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for clients

Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and receipts

Processing payroll and superannuation

Reconciling bank accounts and credit card statements

Generating financial reports and statements

What we're looking for

At least 3 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role

Strong proficiency in using MYOB and Xero

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills is critical

Formal bookkeeping or accounting qualifications. Minimum of Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping or equivalent. Being a registered BAS agent is preferred, but not critical.
