We are looking for an experienced, reliable & mature minded Salon manager who will take the reins & lead with compassion & kindness. You are a professional who can maintain our high standard of care & enhance our welcoming family culture. A people person who will guide & nurture our team & take us to the next level with your positive attitude, reliability, industry skills and innovative mind.

Ideally located in Redland Bay, we have been established for over 15 years and pride ourselves on delivering high quality treatments in a warm, professional and welcoming environment.

💼 Role Highlights:

• 38 hours per week | $32–$35 per hour (based on experience). Permanent rate of pay, includes annual leave, sick pay and superannuation.
• $55 weekly manager’s allowance.
• NO WEEKENDS.
• Hands-on treatment role + team leadership. Mixture of Spa and Clinical Services.
• Admin assistance to allow more time to focus on the team & your clients.

✨ About You:

• Minimum Cert IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy.
• Experience in managing a small team (3-5 people).
• Highly professional, well organised and mature minded with a positive attitude and calm demeanour.
• Experience in Kitomba is an advantage however not essential.

Confident delivering:

• IPL Hair removal & skin rejuvenation.
• Microdermabrasion and LED.
• Body Massage, facials and waxing.
• RF, Dermaplaning & Skin needling experience preferred however not essential.
