We are seeking an experienced Salon Coordinator to join our team at Louise May Hair Extensions PTY LTD' in Hamilton, QLD. This full-time role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our busy hair and beauty salon, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless client experience.

What you'll be doing

Overseeing the salon reception and booking systems to efficiently manage client appointments

Coordinating the salon team to optimise workflow and productivity

Handling customer inquiries, bookings and feedback to maintain high levels of client satisfaction

Ensuring strict compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards

Assisting with inventory management and ordering of salon supplies

Providing administrative support to the salon manager as required

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Salon Coordinator or similar role in the hair and beauty industry

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in using salon management software and point-of-sale systems

The ability to work effectively in a team and independently

A friendly, professional and customer-focused approach
