We are looking for a dynamic, self motivated and experienced customer service specialist to join Paintbox Nails at Pacific Fair Shopping Centre.

In this role you will be the advocate for our clients at Paintbox Nails and you will require exceptional interpersonal and time management skills with the ability to manage several competing tasks and priorities.

You will be responsible for our clients experience as you will be their point of contact before they even step into our salon.

Reporting to the manager and owner, this role will require you to support our team, leading day to day operations and ensuring optimisation of our appointment diary.

· Flexibility in availability with Saturdays and Sundays required along with Thursday evening

· You love a list, actually your day just doesn’t function without one, even on Sundays

Key responsibilities

Creating a super friendly and welcoming experience for our clients that they arrive super early for their appointments just to soak up your positivity

Appointment diary management and optimisation

Front of house presentation and hygiene

Maintaining Paintbox Nails’ exceptional levels of client care

Processing payments, rebooking clients and end of day settlements

Managing all channels of client enquiries including phone, email, social, Zenoti and other methods of contact

General salon housekeeping

Managing client expectations, complaints and resolve issues with diplomacy

Identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation and confidently present these to management

Confidently communicate your own needs to maintain your own progress and development, not be backwards about coming forward

The Ideal Candidate will have:

I. Significant experience in a premium Customer Service or similar role (Beauty/Spa desirable) for at least 2 years

II. Some basic knowledge of nails and other services - full training will be providing

III. Proven ability to manage complaints and resolve issues with diplomacy

IV. Clear communication skills, both written, verbal and interpersonal

V. Exceptional grooming and presentation - first impressions matter
