Estimator / Scheduler Needed!

Prime West Constructions is a home builder company located in Perth, with projects ranging from everyday homes to luxury housing!

We are looking for an ambitious individual to join our team in creating top quality builds to fulfill the client’s dream!

Step into the role of Estimator/Scheduler at Prime West Constructions, where you will become a key player in our dynamic team!

Engage with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects!

Your responsibilities will include analysing plans, generating precise pricing and meticulously scheduling projects.

To be a successful candidate you must demonstrate the following:

Beam software (Preferable)

A minimum of 3 years experience in an estimating / scheduling position

An ability to work under pressure

The ability to work in a team environment or individually

High attention to detail and accuracy

The ability to handle council requests

Experience with computer applications and software (Preferable)

An ability to meet deadlines

Assist the director with ordering
