If you’re looking to be part of a team driving the latest food trends across Australia, we have both permanent full time roles working 14days on and 7days off – 11hour shifts, as well as casual opportunities working varied hours and rosters. These roles are available for experienced and qualified chefs doing either bus in and out to ERA, Jabiru or fly in and out from Darwin to different sites.

Who are we looking for?

If you have a passion for food, thrive in fast-paced environments delivering food to the highest standards, have strong interpersonal skills and love working alongside a team, we want you! To be successful, you’ll need:

• Australian Citizenship or Full Australian working rights.
• Trade Certificate, Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
• Previous experience in mass-catering environments (volume cooking) which will include preparing, cooking, and presenting meals for breakfast, dinner, crib and pastries.
• Ensuring you follow HACCP procedures and safe work practices.
• Flexibility to work a variety of rosters and shifts.
