Job Description

This role will include assisting the kitchen team in all aspects of Kitchen operations. This position involves the preparation and cooking of meals for service, operating commercial cooking equipment such as mixers, steamers, fryers, ovens and stoves, and ensuring a safe work environment is maintained. It is important to be flexible about shifts.

Qualifications

Chef qualification or equivalent experience

Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations

Ability to work effectively in fast paced environments

Excellent communication and team work skills

Ability to work unsupervised

A high level of spoken and written English skills

A passion for adventure and exploration, a drive to work in one of Australia's largest National Parks and be surrounded with history and culture
