What’s the role?

We’re seeking a reliable Bus Driver / Utility to join our team at ERA Village in Jabiru. You’ll split your time between transporting passengers and supporting daily village operations—helping create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Key duties:

Drive passenger buses between airports, accommodation villages and work sites

Assist with general housekeeping and utilities tasks across village areas

Represent Sodexo with a professional, customer-focused attitude

Who are we looking for?

We’re seeking experienced Bus Drivers who are reliable, team-oriented, and ready to support village operations beyond driving duties. To be successful in this role, you will have:

HR Licence with “H” (Passenger Transport) Endorsement – essential

Experience driving passenger buses such as charter, airport, or shuttle services

Willingness to assist with housekeeping and utility tasks around the village when not driving

Physically fit and comfortable working 11-hour days on a 2:1 roster

A neat and professional appearance, with strong customer service skills

Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing, and provide a valid police check

Flexibility to live and work onsite in a remote location, and adapt to changing priorities
