They are currently looking to hire a Junior Property Manager to assist a Part-Time Property Manager.

The Role:

Monday – Saturday (Saturdays are 9am-12pm) with a full day off during the week, we are seeking someone to assist a Senior Property Manager in managing and servicing a clean, neat, tidy, and local portfolio of 100 properties.

• Assist with a well-maintained portfolio of residential properties
• Maintaining relationships with tenants
• Ingoings & outgoings
• Conducting repairs and maintenance
• Lease packs
• Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
• Rental Applications
• Open for Inspections

The Candidate:

• No real estate experience required
• Must be Mandarin or Cantonese speaking
• A current Certificate of Registration, driver’s license & car
• High level of professionalism
• Commitment to superior customer service
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• High level of customer service and excellent rapport-building skills
