About You

Initiative-taking and results-oriented Organisational Development professional with a proven track record in designing, implementing and evaluating organisational development initiatives that support strategic goals.

Is highly skilled in leadership development, change, coaching, and facilitation.

Thrives in building and maintaining constructive working relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders and has exceptional communication and influencing skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliver impactful results on time and within budget.

Passionate about fostering positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environments.

About the Opportunity

Partner with leadership and People & Culture Business Partners to design, implement, and evaluate strategic organisational development initiatives aligned with CCLHD goals.

Lead projects on leadership development, talent, employee engagement, diversity/inclusion, and wellbeing.

Provide expert consultation and coaching to leaders and managers. Drive organisational change and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with stakeholders for seamless program delivery.

Adapt to evolving State and NSW Health policies, technology, procedures, and practices.
