Job Responsibilities

Fostering a positive, productive, and safe work environment

Experience

Proven leadership experience in an operational or industrial environment

Strong skills in team performance management and conflict resolution

Commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and inclusive teamwork

Mechanical background or aptitude (highly desirable)

Experience with production and/or maintenance planning

Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and business systems knowledge

Strong communication skills and ability to foster team culture
