To help accommodate for our ever expanding workforce and local community needs, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Accommodation Services Officer to join our team. Reporting to the Accommodation Manager the successful candidate must have the ability to:

Ensure adequate accommodation assets are identified and maintained in the Tongala area through direct negotiations with local Real Estate Agents and property owners.

Work with the Procurement team and suppliers to ensure all properties are furnished and services connected to meet the Greenham standard before employees move in.

Coordinate the engagement and validate the qualifications of maintenance and cleaning services for properties as required.

Regularly review and conduct pre-entry and exit condition reports on all properties.

Monitor the local property market to ensure Greenham are kept abreast of movements in available rental properties.

Ensure all properties meet the requirements set by customer standards such as SEDEX, SAQ, SWA etc.

You will have:

Certificate IV in Property Services or other relevant qualifications in accommodation management will be highly regarded.

Effective communication, interpersonal and computer skills (MS applications)

Ability to work as a team member or on your own as the situation may provide.

Attention to detail and you will gain satisfaction from getting things done right, first time.
