A reputable and growing company in the residential construction sector is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their finance team.

Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for managing high-volume creditor invoice processing, payments, reconciliations, and supplier communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Process daily, weekly, and 14-day creditor and subcontractor invoices and payments

Match purchase orders to invoices and manage credit adjustments

Reconcile creditor accounts and maintain tracking spreadsheets

Prepare payment batches and issue remittances

Respond promptly to supplier and internal enquiries

Manage credit card processing, cheque requests, and departmental filing

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3 years' accounts payable experience, ideally in new home construction or related industries

Experience with order-based systems; Truth Engine and Wiise preferred

Strong organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Ability to work independently and communicate professionally
