We're currently recruiting for a Temporary Accounts Payable Officer to join a well-established resources business based in Perth. This is a 2-3-month contract with the possibility of extension, offering a competitive salary and the chance to join an established finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end processing of 80 - 100 invoices per day
- Assist during the business's ERP transition
- Support vendor management, reconciliations, and AP queries
- Work collaboratively within a small AP team of three
Requirements:
- Previous experience in high-volume AP environments
- Confidence using Pronto, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
- iTrack experience is a bonus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Available to start at short notice
