Are you a Project Coordinator who's ready to step up into a Project Manager role?

Join a builder that specialises in both new builds and fitouts, where you'll get hands-on exposure, direct mentoring from senior staff, and a team culture that genuinely invests in your development.

In this role, you'll help deliver commercial construction projects valued up to $15m, working across both site and office. Project coordinators in this business are hybrid. You will continue to develop your experience in estimating, contract administration, and site supervision, setting you up with the skills every successful PM needs.

The company has grown steadily over the last seven years. It recently opened a new office in Geelong and appointed a GM of Fit-out within the business, further showcasing its growth trajectory.

To be considered, you'll need at least two years of local experience in a PC role on commercial builds. A diploma or degree in construction management is essential. This role isn't open to civil or residential backgrounds, or candidates needing sponsorship.

Salary is $90k to $110k, including super.
