Brimbank is continuously growing, with many transformational infrastructure projects about to break ground. A key focus of the coming years will be working with the State and Federal Governments to establish Melbourne Airport Rail; to complete redevelopment of Sunshine and Albion Stations; and the realisation of the Sunshine Precinct Masterplan which will Sunshine transformed into a CBD, vastly increasing local jobs, housing, businesses, services and tourism to provide for the many tens of thousands of people living, working and travelling through the Brimbank.

Reporting to the Urban Design Coordinator, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager who can bring their skills and experience to:
- Project manage urban design and public realm aspects of the Capital Works Program
- To prepare strategic documents, concept designs, detailed design plans (landscape only) and master plans relating to urban design
- To provide oversight of the detailed design and construction phases of streetscape, activity centre and urban renewal projects, to ensure design integrity for the lifetime of projects
- To undertake multi-year Capital Works Programming for town centres, pathways and streetscape projects
To be considered you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Urban Design, Landscape Architecture, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in urban design or planning, preferably with some Local Government experience
- Demonstrated project management skills with ability to lead large-scale, complex projects from inception.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across disciplines.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp; GIS and 3D modelling skills a plus.
