We’re on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. This is a leadership role for someone with a strong background in commercial and residential plumbing, who can confidently manage teams, clients, and project delivery from start to finish.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Overseeing commercial and residential plumbing projects

Running and scheduling a team of plumbers across multiple sites

Maintaining strong quality assurance and OHS standards

Conducting fortnightly 1 on 1 check-ins with team members

Ordering and managing materials

Value-managing jobs to ensure efficiency and profitability

Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships

On-the-spot problem solving and decision making

Managing budgets and cost controls

Ensuring all site documentation, inductions, and safety protocols are in place

Preparing progress claims and handling project invoicing

Providing regular project reporting to management

ABOUT YOU:

Proven experience in plumbing project management (both commercial and residential)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Excellent time management and organisational ability

Confident with budgeting, invoicing, and client interactions

Problem-solving mindset with a focus on quality and outcomes

Experience with job management software (eg. SimPro) is highly desirable, but not essential, confidence with technology is key
