With a focus on quality, efficiency, and innovation, we provide builders and developers with precise, durable framing systems using advanced manufacturing technologies. As we expand our operations, we’re looking for a capable and motivated Manufacturing Manager to lead our light steel facility in Penrith, Sydney’s West, NSW.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the manufacturing and assembly of light steel frames, ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency

Lead and manage a small team of casual assembly workers (2–4), ensuring a safe and productive work environment

Manage the supply chain, including procurement of raw materials and scheduling of deliveries to client sites

Operate and oversee manufacturing processes, including light fabrication and machine operation

Monitor production timelines and coordinate closely with project teams to meet deadlines

Implement and maintain quality control measures throughout the manufacturing process

Maintain workshop equipment, tools, and safety protocols

Continuously seek ways to improve production workflows and reduce waste

Requirements:

Experience operating Framecad machines is a strong advantage

Excellent knowledge of light steel frame systems and components

Hands-on experience in manufacturing and assembling light steel frames

Experience managing small workshop or assembly teams

Background in supply chain management – including procurement and logistics

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage priorities and work under minimal supervision
