About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sales/Project Administrator to join our dynamic team at Sharpline Stainless Steel. In this full-time, office-based role in Coburg, VIC, you will play a key administrative and operational support function, ensuring the smooth running of our sales and project management processes.

What you'll be doing

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales and project management teams, including data entry, document preparation, scheduling, and coordinating client communications

Assist with the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and other customer-facing documents

Manage the end-to-end project administration lifecycle, including tracking project milestones, updating project plans, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reporting on sales and project activities

Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative procedures

Provide general office support as needed, including answering phone inquiries and supporting the wider team

What we're looking for

Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a sales/project administrative or customer service role, preferably within a manufacturing or construction-related industry

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and internal stakeholders

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with strong data entry and administrative skills

Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrated experience in maintaining accurate records and providing detailed reporting

A proactive and customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
