Your Key ResponsibilitiesInventory & Logistics
- Manage all inventory activities with precision—from receiving and reconciliation to transfers and stocktakes.
- Oversee e-commerce fulfilment and ensure packaging aligns with luxury standards.
- Coordinate stock movements, PR loans, and buyback processes with accuracy and care.
After-Sales & Repairs
- Handle repair logistics and follow-ups, ensuring timely communication with sales teams and clients.
- Maintain meticulous tagging, repricing, and spare parts management.
Administrative Excellence
- Support daily store operations: phones, rostering, timesheets, banking, and supplier coordination.
- Liaise with IT and maintenance providers to ensure smooth store functionality.
- Assist the sales team throughout the client journey, from welcome to packaging.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of in-store events.
