Are you an organised and proactive individual with a passion for real estate? We’re on the hunt for a Sales & Listing Administrator to join our high-performing team on the Gold Coast.

In this dynamic role, you’ll work closely with a team of successful sales agents and be part of a supportive administration team known for delivering exceptional service and fostering a strong team culture.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Preparing appraisal and listing kits, contracts, Form 6s, and REIQ-approved documents

Coordinating marketing collateral and listing content

Managing database entries and CRM updates

Liaising with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and agents throughout the sales process

Supporting auction and open home preparation

Managing online portals and property listings

General administrative and ad-hoc support across the sales process

Bonus Experience (Not Required):

Familiarity with Vault CRM / NurtureCloud

Confidence using Canva for marketing material

About You:

Prior real estate experience is a bonus, but not essential

Immaculate presentation and a professional, can-do attitude

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Comfortable working independently and within a team
