📋 What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting the sales team with quotes, proposals, and invoicing

Managing customer enquiries with professionalism and a personal touch

Assisting the scheduling and parts team as needed – including booking jobs and ordering parts

Maintaining accurate sales and service records

Providing general administrative support across the business

Being the calm, organised presence that helps everything run smoothly

✅ What You’ll Need

Experience in admin, sales support, quoting, scheduling, or customer service (ideally within a trade or technical environment)

Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach

Confidence with systems and the ability to juggle multiple tasks

You might even be an ex–property manager looking for a change – if you’ve dealt with property managers before, that’s a huge plus! As our clients are Property Managers.
