We are looking for a Scheduler with previous experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver excellence in customer service and aim to exceed client expectations
• Effectively communicate and liaise with clients to meet their expectations and needs
• Pre-plan and schedule routine maintenance rounds and reactive works
• Use of database and software programmes
• Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Manage workload effectively and prioritise to meet deadlines.
• Work closely with Operations Manager and communicate positively with other team members to achieve
goals.
• Learn about our products and the services that we deliver
• Understanding of Occupational Health and safety processes

environment.
• Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications, including database
management.
• Relationship Building: Ability to develop positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement Mindset: Eager to grow, acquire new skills, and enhance service delivery.
• Personal Qualities: Outgoing, ‘can do’ attitude, reliable, punctual and ready to approach challenges with a
