We’re working with a long-standing national RTO delivering accredited training in health and community care. Right now, we’re looking for an experienced, student-focused trainer and assessor to deliver:

CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support

CHC43121 Certificate IV in Disability Support

HLTAID011 Provide First Aid (highly desirable)

Manual Handling and Fire Safety (bonus skills – not essential)

This is a full-time position with a small number of fixed metro locations, manageable class sizes, and flexibility around delivery.

Locations:
Face-to-face delivery in Ashfield, Bankstown, and Kingswood – travel reimbursement provided. You’ll need to be comfortable travelling between sites.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent)

CHC33021, CHC43121 or higher vocational qualifications in community services, ageing, or disability

Recent industry experience in aged care or disability support

A strong understanding of compliance, VET delivery, and learner needs

First Aid trainer credentials (or willingness to upskill)

Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport

What’s on offer:

Full-time salary of $85K + super + travel reimbursement

Or $65/hour contractor rate with marking bonus

Cohort sizes of around 10–15 learners

Consistent schedule – no overnight travel, no rotating campuses
