We’re a busy, local removals company based on the Northern Beaches, and we’re growing fast. With a steady flow of leads coming in, we’re now looking for a Sales & Customer Service Superstar to join our team and convert inbound enquiries into confirmed jobs.

What You’ll Do

Handle incoming phone, email, and web enquiries

Provide quotes and information clearly and professionally

Follow up warm leads and secure bookings

Build great rapport with customers and ensure their needs are met

Help streamline and improve our booking and customer service processes

What We’re Looking For

Excellent spoken and written English

Strong phone manner and confidence in sales conversations

A customer-first attitude with a drive to close the deal

Experience in sales, admin or customer service (removals, trades, or services ideal)

Ability to stay organised and calm under pressure

A friendly and motivated team player
