Seeking Experienced Level 2 IT Support Engineer
We are hiring for a proactive and skilled IT Support Specialist to join a growing MSP in Sydney. This role requires an individual who carries strong hands-on experience in managing day-to-day IT support operations, travelling onsite to client sites and can troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L2 technical support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Assist users with account lockouts, password resets, and general account management.
Work across technologies including Networking, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
Diagnose and resolve VPN connectivity issues to ensure secure remote access for users.
Optimise client device performance, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
Onboard new users and devices into Azure AD and Intune environments, ensuring seamless and secure integration.
Requirements:
Existing experience working for MSP is essential
Own car and licence.
Applicants must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Obtain completed relevant university degree or industry certifications
