The Role
The organization requires the services of an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales, distribution and customer development of our Additive Manufacturing sector. The job will entail the employee to upsell and market our Additive Manufacturing service and equipment Sales. It will also require quoting for customers and projects. In our additive manufacturing portfolio, you will work with leading brands of 3D printers covering DMP, SLS and DLP and a range of materials, from biocompatible polymer and resins to a range of metals.
Skills and experience
Must have proven experience with 3D Printing technology
Must have strategy for meeting sales performance and growth targets
Focus on increasing sales in the 3D printing business line.
Pro-actively advising and introducing technical solutions to meet client business requirements resulting in increased company sales.
CAD/CAM skills and experience
Maintain open and strong communication with the operational side of the business.
Ability to establish sales to new customers in a "hands on" direct contact role and also to increase sales to existing customers in the Additive Manufacturing industries.
Sales and admin management skills is a must.
Rapport and relationship building at the commercial level is required
Ability to communicate, present and negotiate at all levels; effective stakeholder engagement and highly developed influencing capability, Innovation and creativity.
Experience in a manufacturing environment and/or job-in shop environment
Requirements
3+ years Sales experience in 3D Printing Sales and distribution, engineering, production and machining Tertiary Studies in Sales and Marketing well regarded.
Proven track record in sales, business development and winning new business
Demonstrated ability to engage with corporate clients
Prior experience in the industry's related to or involving machining, toolmaking, manufacturing production and engineering desirable.
Technically apt at talking to designers and engineers at their level
Solid-works or other CAD design knowledge will be required. CAD and design skills will be beneficial, from basic design and analysis, you will need to perform print-ability reviews through magics or a 3d Systems proprietary software and have good spacial awareness and design instincts.
Must be an Australian Citizen already living in Australia

The position offered is full time. We are located in Tullamarine, VIC - Must be reliable and available to work Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm
