About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and driven sales professional who thrives on consultative selling and delivering real value to customers. You'll engage closely with resellers, architects, designers, and builders to provide tailored, impactful solutions. Your insights and contributions will help shape a more innovative and diverse construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and nurture strong relationships with resellers, architects, designers, and builders, understanding their project needs and offering tailored solutions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, converting leads into long-term partnerships through a strong value-based approach.
Manage and grow existing accounts, offering proactive support and innovative product recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Represent the business at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings, acting as a professional brand ambassador.
About You
As the successful candidate for this role, you will be an enthusiastic and results-driven sales professional, ideally with experience in the building, construction, or manufacturing sectors. You excel at building rapport, identifying needs, and delivering solutions that drive real outcomes.
Additionally, you will bring:
Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within building materials, manufacturing, or a related industry.
A consultative approach with the ability to translate client needs into tailored product solutions.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills that influence decision-makers effectively.
A passion for achieving targets, building trust, and contributing to a collaborative team culture.
Salary & Benefits
$80,000 to $100,000 + Super + Car Allowance + Uncapped Commissions
