About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and service and expand our customers base across our South East QLD/Nth NSW territory. The incumbent will have strong Business Development skills with a focus on driving sales.

The incumbent must have previously held a sales position within the window coverings industry for a minimum of 2 years.

In this role your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Building a portfolio of new customers.

Maintaining and improving business with existing customers.

As necessary, visiting clients, attending trade shows and other industry events to capitalize on networking and relationship-building opportunities.

Keeping customers informed of all relevant point of sale materials for products in our range.

About the incumbent

You are a self-motivated and committed individual with a passion and drive to achieve the goals set before you.

The skills that you will bring to this role are:

B2B sales experience within the blinds & awnings industry (highly desirable)

Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

Relationships management skills.

Strong negotiation and presentation skills

Strong time management and organisational skills

Customer centric approach and strong attention to detail.

Autonomous and proactive worker

Account Management experience
