On behalf of our client, Eden Trees Arboriculture Services, CMC Hub is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Sales & Growth Leader to champion sales and quoting activity, build trusted client relationships, and lead the business through its next chapter of expansion.
Eden Trees is a highly respected, family-owned arboriculture company with a 20-year history of delivering safe, ethical, and top-tier tree care across South East Queensland. The business is values-driven and community-minded—with a strong reputation in residential tree work and growing demand across light commercial sectors.

About the Role
You’ll work closely with the Director and leadership team to drive quoting and sales across the business—with a strong initial focus on residential/home services, followed by strategic expansion into light commercial markets such as schools, strata, insurance, aged care, and infrastructure.
The quoting pipeline is growing fast, and we’re looking for someone who can own the sales function now while laying the groundwork for a future team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead quoting and sales across residential (65%) and light commercial (35%) arboriculture projects
Build strong rapport with clients, homeowners, and commercial stakeholders
Expand quoting volumes while maintaining a high standard of communication and service
Develop and mentor a scalable, values-aligned sales team
Collaborate on branding, positioning, and growth strategy
Partner closely with operations to ensure smooth project handover and execution
What We’re Looking For
Proven background in arboriculture sales or operations (essential)
Genuine love for both trees and people—great communicator and relationship builder
Strategic mindset with the drive to take ownership of sales performance
Calm, confident leadership style with emotional intelligence and integrity
Tech-literate and organised—comfortable using ServiceM8, Google Drive, Deputy, Xero
Can obtain or already holds a Blue Card and clear criminal history check
Looking for meaningful work and a long-term leadership role within a values-led team
