Are you a senior sales leader with a track record of driving strategic growth and leading high-performance teams? Join a market leading supplier to the hospitality and food service industry and take ownership of a major portfolio in Queensland and the Northern Territory.

Their product and solution offerings span three core categories and are relied upon by thousands of customers across Australia.

The Role As Head of Sales – QLD & NT, you will report to the Managing Director and lead a strategically significant portfolio worth $110 million. You will be responsible for the retention and growth of key major accounts, with a strong focus on the hospitality channel.

This role leads a team of three Sales Managers, each with their own direct teams. Your leadership will shape the territory’s commercial strategy, performance, and culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop three high-performing Sales Managers across QLD and NT
  • Own and drive the regional sales strategy aligned with national goals
  • Manage and grow key major hospitality and food service accounts
  • Identify and acquire new strategic customers within the territory
  • Deliver revenue and margin growth across all three product categories
  • Build deep customer relationships to ensure long-term retention
  • Support the launch of a new, state-of-the-art site in Brisbane, ensuring seamless integration into regional operations
  • Play a key role in the ongoing commercial success of the new Brisbane facility

About You

  • Proven senior sales leadership experience, within FMCG, hospitality, or food service sectors
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive performance across large teams
  • Track record of managing major accounts and delivering strategic growth
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
  • Inspirational leader with a collaborative and results-oriented style
