Working closely with the Business Development Manager, your enthusiasm and drive will match this dynamic team of professionals.

Your responsibilities will, but not limited to, include:

Overseeing Leasing Consultant

Arranging viewings and coordinate advertising

End to end leasing duties

Arrangement of tenancy sign ups & processing tenancy applications

Liaising on a day to day basis with the Business Development and Property Management team

Communicate with landlords and tenants

The following attributes are required for this role:

Current QLD Real Estate licence

Current QLD Driver's licence

Previous experience with Inspect Real Estate and PropertyMe desired

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Solid organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks

Previous experience within a similar role within Property Management is preferred to be successful in this role.
