The Role
As a Senior Leasing Consultant, you will focus on relationship-building and achieving great rental outcomes. You will act as the primary point of contact for landlords, guiding them through leasing campaigns with confidence and professionalism. Supported by a dedicated Executive Assistant to handle admin and a Junior Leasing Consultant to manage inspections and open homes, you’ll have the freedom to focus on what you do best – making deals and exceeding expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords

Provide expert advice on rental pricing and leasing strategies

Lead communication throughout the leasing campaign

Negotiate lease terms to benefit both landlords and tenants

Coordinate the end-to-end leasing process with support staff

Maintain accurate documentation in our property management systems

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in leasing or property management

Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills

Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive

Confidence when dealing with property owners

Current Real Estate Certificate or License

Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle

Qualifications

High attention to detail and an interest in real estate

Exceptional customer service skills

Ability to think on your feet and solve problems independently

Must have a valid driver’s license.
