What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting leasing campaigns and attending open homes

Assisting with property marketing, enquiries, and application processing

Preparing entry and exit condition reports

Conducting routine inspections and coordinating minor maintenance

Providing friendly and responsive communication to landlords and tenants

Learning the ropes of property management — with room to grow into a PM or sales role

About You:

High energy, well-organised, and eager to learn

Strong time management and attention to detail

Confident communicator with great people skills

Comfortable following processes and using digital tools

Valid QLD Certificate of Registration or willing to obtain

Driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Role Details:

5-day role – Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday, with one weekday off if working Saturdays.

Salary negotiable depending on experience
