Entry-Level Leasing Manager

If you're a self-starter with a passion for real estate and customer service, this is an exciting opportunity for you. As an Entry-Level Leasing Manager, you’ll play an essential role in attracting and assisting prospective tenants and supporting leasing operations across our properties.

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to engage with prospective tenants

A proactive, positive, and motivated individual

Strong communication and negotiation abilities

Organized and punctual

Previous experience in leasing or real estate is advantageous, but not required! Training provided

Key Responsibilities:

Show properties and conduct open homes

Process leasing applications and support the lease signing process

Assist with marketing of available properties

Liaise with tenants and property owners

Lease document preparation

Provide ongoing support to senior team members and assist with day-to-day leasing tasks
