This newly created position will require the successful candidate to step-in and make it their own, delivered with industry logistics experience and knowledge. This role has been created to expand the logistics space and work collaboratively with the warehouse and estimating teams

We are currently seeking a person with strong experience in logistics, estimating and problem solving skills. Someone that is looking for a role that offers long term career progression and the potential to create a strong team within the logistics space of the business

You will be responsible for:

• Assist Sales team to interpret client requests for quotes requiring order fulfillment and logistics
• Collecting and analyzing data on freight costs, delivery times and kitting levels
• Optimizing inventory management, transportation routes, and warehouse operations
• Problem solve the most efficient way to transport and distribute items
• Accountable for delivering order fulfillment and freight estimating services in a professional and appropriate
• Manner, demonstrating the organisation values
• Keep up-to-date on changes in shipping rates and adjust their estimates accordingly
• maintain accurate inventory levels and manage potential stockout

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Previous experience in Logistics is critical
• Analyst experience highly advantageous
• High competence is MS Office and general office procedures is essential
• Some Logistics Estimating or Kitting experience is desirable
• Excellent Time Management skills required
