We are looking for a Reporting Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving efficiencies and business growth.

About the role:

In this role, you will analyse sales and performance data, market trends, and customer insights to uncover opportunities and inform key business decisions, including pricing strategies, sales forecasts, and performance tracking.

You will partner with the IT, Operations and Sales and Marketing teams to provide valuable insights into new business opportunities, segment performance, and commercial drivers. Your expertise will help identify risks, highlight opportunities, and ensure CRL Express hits key targets to fuel ongoing growth and profitability.

What you'll be doing:

Data Analysis and Reporting

Build, maintain and optimise Zoho Analytics dashboards for data visualisation.

Build API Connections through Microsoft Power Automate, to extract data from host systems to our Data Warehouse (Oath Standards).

Build and maintain advanced Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, including Visual Basic.

Providing timely insights, reports and recommendations in a fast-paced environment to help aid key stakeholders make business critical decisions.

Forecast volume sales and revenue trends to guide strategic planning.

Business partner with the finance team during the month-end reporting and consolidation process to assess volume sales and reporting.

Collaborate with the sales team to optimise distribution and channel strategies.

Support marketing with new product development initiatives by analysing market demand, industry trends and feasibility.

Work closely with Operations to align sales forecasts with inventory planning.

About you:

Min 2 years experience in data analytics

Experience in warehousing and transport industry - highly desirable

Proficiency in Zoho Analytics for dashboard creation and data visualisation

Experience creating API Connections

Microsoft Excel (Advanced) (incl. Power Query)

Visual Basic

Power Query skills.

Microsoft Power Automate (preferred)

SQL and Tablo (preferred)

Relevant qualifications in Business, Commerce, Finance or related discipline.

Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to source data from multiple sources and convert into a streamlined report.

The ability to analyse, understand and present data in its simplest form and convert into sound commercial insights.

Curious and learning mindset with the ability to ask questions to understand to deliver a story opposed to solely the provision of data.
