As the Social Media & Content Coordinator for NXP, you’ll be at the forefront of our brand’s digital presence—driving the strategy, creativity, and day-to-day execution of social media across all CSD brands.
You’ll take the reins of all social channels—crafting compelling content, sparking conversation, and building real relationships with our community. From boosting reach and engagement to helping manage influencer and ambassador collaborations, your work will shape how our brands show up and stand out.
In this role, you’ll also collaborate closely with our Digital Marketing and Retail teams to roll out exciting content campaigns, in-store activations, and trendsetting digital initiatives. You’ll track performance, report insights, and constantly evolve our social strategy to keep us ahead of the curve.
Main Functions & Responsibilities
Develop and execute creative social strategies that grow reach, followers, and engagement across all platforms.
Own the NXP social channels – from daily posting to strategic planning and everything in between.
Dream up, produce, and schedule standout content that captures attention and aligns with our brand story.
Partner with Marketing Coordinators to manage and grow our influencer, ambassador, and seeding programs.
Deliver insightful reports and performance metrics weekly, quarterly, and annually.
Stay on the pulse of trends, platform updates, and digital culture to keep us fresh and relevant.
Create unique activations and experiences to connect and grow our online community.
Engage with our community through comments and DMs – be the voice of the brand.
Attend and contribute to photo shoots, events, and store activations that support brand storytelling.

Key Selection Criteria
Essential:
2+ years experience in a social media or marketing role
Degree-qualified in Marketing or related discipline, or equivalent experience
A natural self-starter with fresh ideas and strong initiative
Strong creative flair with excellent writing and storytelling skills
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle competing deadlines
Collaborative mindset and can-do attitude in a fast-paced team
Deep understanding of social media platforms and trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident using Microsoft Office suite
Passion for fashion, especially streetwear culture
Desirable:
Basic Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Photoshop)
Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar platforms
