Chapters Bistro in Currambine, Western Australia is seeking a talented Sous chef & CDP to join our passionate culinary team. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in one of Perth longest established & best restaurants .

What you'll be doing

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a consistently high standard following established recipes and methods

Assist with menu planning, recipe development and costing

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior kitchen staff

Ensure efficient and timely meal preparation and service

Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef & 2 years as a CDP in a similar high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting

Formal culinary training or qualifications (e.g. Certificate III in Commercial Cookery)

Strong working knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Passion for using fresh, seasonal produce to create delicious, high-quality meals
