We are small inner city financial planning firm who prides ourselves on our excellent client relationships and customer service.
We currently have a position for an Office manager / Administrative Assistant.
We are looking for a highly organised, dedicated and reliable person who needs minimal supervision and has a professional attitude with excellent customer service skills and a pleasant, professional personal & phone manner.
To be successful you will require:
Previous administration experience (not essentially in financial planning but preferred)
Strong attention to detail
Time management skills and ability to multi - task
Competent use of Word, Outlook and Excel
Ability to work autonomously and within a team
Work in our office
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
General administration duties
Answering, screening and directing all incoming calls
Meeting and greeting clients at front reception
Diary management
Incoming & Outgoing mail
Completion of client forms
Ordering (Stationery & office supplies)
Other duties as directed by the Partners
