About the Opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Administration Services Unit team as a Manager, where you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the organisational and administrative functions of the Division
  • Leading and coordinating corporate support services for the Director/s
  • Anticipating and addressing issues requiring the attention of the Divisional Director/s
  • Supporting the development and implementation of strategic corporate and management initiatives
  • Providing operational and strategic advice on policies, processes, systems, and legislation
  • Acting as a strategic link between the Division, WCHN, and SA Health

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Extensive experience in an administrative management role
  • Demonstrated experience and ability of working successfully within a multi-disciplinary environment
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and managing staff to meet organisational objectives, targets and goals
  • Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop staff while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Strong skills in resource allocation, workload prioritisation, and meeting deadlines under pressure
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse complex problems and apply practical management solutions
  • High-level interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with discretion in handling sensitive matters
