About the Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Administration Services Unit team as a Manager, where you will be responsible for:
- Managing the organisational and administrative functions of the Division
- Leading and coordinating corporate support services for the Director/s
- Anticipating and addressing issues requiring the attention of the Divisional Director/s
- Supporting the development and implementation of strategic corporate and management initiatives
- Providing operational and strategic advice on policies, processes, systems, and legislation
- Acting as a strategic link between the Division, WCHN, and SA Health
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Extensive experience in an administrative management role
- Demonstrated experience and ability of working successfully within a multi-disciplinary environment
- Demonstrated experience in developing and managing staff to meet organisational objectives, targets and goals
- Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop staff while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Strong skills in resource allocation, workload prioritisation, and meeting deadlines under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to analyse complex problems and apply practical management solutions
- High-level interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with discretion in handling sensitive matters
