Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, safety, and compliance.
• Oversee building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Coordinate vendors and contractors for timely, cost-effective solutions.
• Manage service requests and quickly resolve facility issues.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Provide occasional cross-site support as required.

What You'll Need:

• Previous experience in facilities management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance processes.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management systems (preferred).
• A proactive, customer-focused approach.
• NV1 Security Clearance - Australian Citizens Only.
