National Marketing Manager

Sydney | Full-time | Leadership Role

A leading healthcare provider is seeking a National Marketing Manager to drive strategic marketing initiatives across its extensive network of over 250 clinics across the country. This senior role, reporting into the Head of Sales & Marketing is responsible for shaping national marketing strategy, overseeing local area marketing programs, and managing a small, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute national marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.
• Lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Oversee local area marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with national priorities.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to integrate marketing efforts with broader business strategies.
• Analyse marketing performance, patient engagement, and ROI to optimize campaigns.
• Prepare and present strategic marketing updates to senior leadership.

Key Criteria:

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in marketing, including 3+ years in a senior or management role.
• Proven success in executing integrated marketing strategies.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, analytical, and presentation abilities.
• Background in healthcare, B2B, or multi-site service industries is highly regarded. Experience working in an intermediary model for referral sales would also be considered.
