About the Role

As the Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our event marketing strategy, driving awareness, engagement, and attendance across multiple platforms. This role requires a hands-on, results-driven marketer who can blend creativity with analytical thinking.

Key Responsibilities

Lead innovative, multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote company events.

Manage email marketing, social media and event websites.

Collaborate with designers to create compelling visual and written content.

Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI, and audience engagement.

Build and nurture partnerships with sponsors, influencers, and media outlets.

Guide and mentor marketing team members to achieve excellence.

Oversee marketing budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.

Present campaign insights and strategic updates to the board regularly.

Skills & Experience

Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related field.

5+ years of experience in a similar marketing role, preferably within events or hospitality.

3+ years of proven experience in team management or supervisory roles.

Strong understanding of audience engagement and digital marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, analytics platforms).

Exceptional project management, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.

High attention to detail, with the ability to juggle competing priorities and tight deadlines.
