About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Coolabah Tree Cafe' team as a Franchise Business Manager. In this full-time role, you will be based in Underwood, QLD and be responsible for overseeing the operations and growth of multiple Coolabah Tree Cafe' franchise locations.

What you'll be doing

Providing strategic direction and operational leadership to franchise owners to ensure successful business performance

Monitoring financial and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions

Recruiting, training and developing high-performing franchise teams

Conducting site visits and audits to maintain brand standards and identify growth opportunities

Collaborating with the corporate team to develop and execute marketing and growth strategies

Identifying and evaluating potential new franchise locations

Fostering a positive, customer-centric culture across the franchise network

What we're looking for

Extensive experience in multi-site retail or hospitality management, preferably within a franchise environment

Proven track record of driving business growth, operational excellence and financial performance

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with franchise owners and corporate stakeholders

Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and implement data-driven solutions

Thorough understanding of franchise systems, operations and compliance

Passion for the Coolabah Tree Cafe' brand and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
