We’re recruiting on behalf of our client for a people-focused Employee Experience Advisor to join a purpose-led People Services team. This role offers the chance to support a values-driven organisation with a strong community focus, leading initiatives that enhance the employee experience and influence engagement across a diverse workforce. You’ll be part of a collaborative team, contributing to meaningful work that truly makes a difference.

About the role
As the Employee Experience Advisor, you’ll lead the design and delivery of programs and projects that build connection, engagement and culture across the organisation.
· Deliver initiatives that support a positive employee, volunteer, and student experience
· Provide strategic advice to leaders on culture, engagement, and recognition
· Coordinate employee surveys, report on key trends and advise on next steps
· Manage reward and recognition programs including Years of Service and awards
· Develop toolkits and resources to support capability and change initiatives
About you
You’re a strategic and hands-on professional who brings experience, empathy, and energy to the employee experience space.
· Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Organisational Psychology, or related field
· At least 3 years' experience in a similar advisory role
· Proven ability to engage stakeholders and deliver high-impact programs
· Strong skills in survey design, data analysis, and reporting
· Values-driven and comfortable working in a mission-aligned organisation
