Led by a high-performing Head of Talent, you’ll partner with senior stakeholders to deliver end-to-end recruitment across a fast-moving portfolio. You’ll craft compelling job ads, create standout candidate experiences, and drive volume hiring — all without the burnout of agency life.

What you'll bring:

• 1.5+ years of agency or in-house recruitment experience (end-to-end essential)
• High-volume delivery – you're comfortable juggling 15+ open roles and working to Service Level Agreements on delivery
• Generalist experience or multiple verticals in one role is critical in this role (you'll be working across HR, WHS, Finance, Marketing, Legal, CX & Service portfolio)
• Resilience, ownership, and a love of delivering outcomes
