We are one of the area's leading dynamic and professional Residential and Commercial Real Estate offices in Blacktown. We are responsible for a large mixed property portfolio including blocks of townhouses/units, multi-unit warehouse complexes and small shopping centres.

Our company is seeking a Residential Leasing Officer to join our team and support property management. The Leasing Officer's main role is to support the Property Managers with their portfolios.

Duties include, but not limited to;

Open Homes

Private inspections

Liaise with landlords

Processing Tenancy Applications

Lease document preparation

Ingoing condition reports

Coordination of ingoing tenants

Real estate experience is essential for this full-time position, working five days per week includes Saturday, with other key requirements of;

Effective communication and organisation skills

Strong administration skills

Ability to work unsupervised and within a team environment

Assisting Property Management as directed

Must hold a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration and be prepared to obtain a Class 2 Licence at your own expense

Must hold a NSW driver's license

Must own their own reliable car

Must have excellent presentation

Must be very motivated and happy to work in a fast paced environment

Experience with REST Software preferred, but not essential

Rostered day off during the week
