What You’ll Be Doing

• Responding to leasing enquiries and running open and private inspections

• Building relationships with prospective tenants and guiding them through applications

• Keeping your CRM sharp and up to date

• Working alongside a team that’s ambitious, positive, and results-driven

• Earning commission on every lease you close

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 6 months’ experience in a leasing or assistant PM role (BTR experience a bonus)

• NSW Assistant Agent Certificate or Class 2 Licence

• Strong communication skills – friendly, clear, and confident

• Driver’s licence and reliable car

• A proactive, can-do mindset and desire to grow
