Ideally a full time opportunity exists for a dynamic person to join our growing team as the lead Property Manager of a rapidly growing rent roll. Part-time may also be considered for the right applicant.

Base Salary $70,000 + Super. Can be negotiated based on experience

The Role:

As a boutique independent agency, you will be exposed to all facets of the business and you will also work closely with the Partners on sales and marketing support. This is the ideal role for someone looking to grow their skills in a fast paced hands-on agency. It may also suit an experienced person looking for a stable part time role that has the flexibility to work in with family commitments.

Manage our small, rapidly growing portfolio (with accounts support)

Property Leasing and Property Management Duties including:

Effectively liaise and develop relationships with tenants, landlords & tradespeople

Appraising New Managements

Preparing Managing Agency Agreements

Leasing & showing prospective tenants through available properties

Processing tenancy applications

Managing Bonds

Negotiating lease renewals & rent increases, agreement preparation

Conducting ingoing, routine, & outgoing inspections

Day to day management of maintenance & repairs

Demonstrating knowledge of current market trends

Reception duties where required

Sales support duties where required

You'll be mentored by the licensee in charge

Monday – Friday

Skills and Experience:

Certificate of Registration (Assistant Agent) and Property Management experience is essential

Property Me experience preferred but not essential

You are confident making judgment decisions and using your initiative

You have strong verbal & written communication skills

Ability to build and manage relationships and be adaptable

You will be calm under pressure and thrive on providing exceptional client service

Current drivers licence
